ABOUT US

Vital Distribution Solutions was established in 1998 by Piet Venter and Mark Uren to provide an all-encompassing transshipment, warehousing and transport service within South Africa.  Today the Company is privately owned by Mark Uren (37,4%), Excellerate Holdings Limited (37,4%), Clidet (PTY) Ltd (15%) and Zikhuliseni Rhafu Development Trust (10.2%).
